CHECK-IN: 3:00 PM to 7:00 PM. Arrangements may be made with advance notice if
an earlier or later check-in time is required.

CHECK OUT: 11:00 AM

DEPOSIT: A deposit of 1/2 the amount of the stay will be taken at the time the reservation is made. This may be by check or credit card (Visa MasterCard)

CANCELLATION: We are a small inn and cancellations affect us greatly. Deposits
are non-refundable for cancellations made less than one week prior to arrival for all reservations except October. Deposits for October reservations are non-refundable if made less than one month prior to arrival. Same day cancellation or a non-arrival will be charged the full stay to the credit card used in the reservation. Cancellations made within the allowable refund period will be charged a $10.00 processing fee.

SPECIAL DIETARY NEEDS: Every reasonable effort will be made to meet special
dietary needs. Special requests must be made at least one week prior to arrival.

CHILDREN: Well-behaved children ages 12 and older are welcome in the inn. If your party reserves all rooms, children of all ages are welcomed.

PETS: We are not able to accommodate pets at this time. You may see Angel, our
Golden Retriever, on the property; however, they are not allowed in the common areas inside the Inn.

SMOKING: Smoking is allowed in a designated outdoor area only.

PHONE: Cell phone coverage is spotty in the mountains. Verizon cell phone service is available in the Inn or service is available if your cell phone is capable of Wi-Fi Calling. NOTE: To avoid issues connecting your phone to our network, we recommend that you enable Wi-Fi Calling while you have cell service before arriving at the Inn. A landline telephone is available for guests to make local and long-distance calls at no charge. If you’d like to leave a number with someone for emergency use, please give them (828) 536-4140.
